Another informative post about Trico was found on Buffalorising this week.
This time, this article was filled with reuse ideas, utilizing an existing success story in Nebraska. The article is a little long but we encourage you to read it. In Buffalo alone, we have two examples of how old Trico buildings have been reused. Along Niagara Street, the Garrett Leather building is up and running which is an old Trico building. And TriMain, the home of Tri-Mania has evolved into a creative class building with studios for art, music and small businesses. Both are success stories and both within city limits. We continue to ask the BNMC to think outside of the box and lets find creative alternatives for Trico Plant #1.
